Delivery, terms and conditions
Delivery
DELIVERY - All our delivery charges are added automatically at the PayPal checkout.Small item delivery charge is £5.95 / order, no matter how much or little you order.
Larger items have varied delivery costs, for example UK Mainland delivery for the thermal tanks and boilers is usually £140,- + VAT per single item, boiler & tank packages £260.- + VAT.
All our prices are exclusive of UK VAT. The current rate of
VAT is added on the PayPal checkout.
EU VAT REGISTERED CUSTOMERS - If you are ordering from outside of the UK and have a valid EU VAT number, you do not have to pay UK Value Added Tax.
If you want the UK VAT to be taken out, please email us with your order and we will email you a PayPal invoice. This invoice can be paid online like any other PayPal transaction.

Viewing and ordering products is simple
and secure.
Simply add an item to the shopping basket and you will be
redirected to the PayPal shopping cart.
There you can either continue shopping or proceed to the
checkout.
NOTE. You do not need to use the PayPal shopping basket to buy from us. If you prefer to order by telephone, please call us on 01392 247 340. We also accept cheques and direct bank transfers as a method of payment. Currently we do not take credit/debit card orders over the telephone.
After you have placed your order, we will inform you with the stock availability and the delivery schedule. If your ordered items are in stock, we anticipate to dispatch your item(s) the same day.
Our lead time for out of stock items is 10 working days from the receipt of the order.
Very large items and bespoke cylinders
can take longer, up to 4 weeks.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us
although having one would speed up your checkout process.
We do not see or store your financial information so you can
be sure of the security of your transaction
PayPal uses the most secure transaction methods available in
the UK today.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your
privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to
process your order and second, to provide you with the best
possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given
us your consent or the mail we send is directly connected to
your purchase.
We will never pass your details on to any third party.
We will always give you the chance to refuse any marketing email
from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Your name, address, telephone number and email address
If applicable, the name and address of your company.
We will retain your order history on file for warranty
purposes.
We will never collect sensitive information about you.
You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or
correct it promptly.
The personal information we obtain during the order process will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We do not track the visitors on our site nor do we use their
IP information in any way.
Our website can use a "cookie" which would be stored on
your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent
this happening.
The information collected in this way can potentially be used to
identify you unless you modify your browser settings. We
will never use this information.
